Airtel 3g connection software download

I did everything and i even replace my sim with an new one. I got 30 days and its already two weeks…plizz help…. Let me know if you have installed as that might help you get more bandwith. Are you still facing issues with Airtel 3G? I am in Pune and thinking of buying Airtel 3G dongle and have already heard its customer care is very pathetic, so whats your opinion?
