Change screen resolution windows server 2008

How can I make it enable so that I can change the screen resolution. If doesnt solves the issue please remove the display drivers complete and use the native windows driver and see if the issue comes back again. Thanks for reply. I am working on actual server not using remote.

I am administrator of that server. Still i am not able to set the font of server. Its a font issue i think.
