Taking off the cap to remove lint is impossible. I have been twisting and turning it for 10min and it won't come off. I've never had such a difficult time. I love how it has multiple heat settings with a long cord, it gets pretty hot, which is great for my thick and natural curly hair, it's quiet and has a 7 year warranty.

I loved this hairdryer. Until it decided it wanted to just quit on me for absolutely no reason when I was in the middle of blow drying my hair. This one lasted me about 2 years. I made sure to take care of it and make sure it was clean. So there was no reason for it to quit. For the brand, I would've assumed it would've lasted longer.

When I first got this 8 months ago I loved it. I have fine hair and needed a hair dryer that blew strong air without needing super high heat.

When I first got this it worked great. My hair dries fast with little to no frizz. Fast forward 8 months later and the motor is going. The air doesn't blow nearly as hard and I'm finding that I have to leave it on sections longer which is damaging my hair. I kept my receipt, box, and all the pieces and I'm hoping to be able to exchange it for something better.

I don't know why so many people are saying they had to break it open to clean the back lint trap, or that the grate couldn't be removed Could not be easier.

People never cease to amaze. That said, the blow dryer is medium weight 2. It doesn't get as hot as some of my other blow dryers but it dries me hair well and rather quickly. This hair dryer lasted barely a year. During this time, I didn't even use it once a week. I'm so disappointed. It worked just fine while it worked, so I'll give it one extra star. Dries my shoulder-length hair sooo fast and in combo with my T3 round brush, keeps my hair frizz free.

It has taken the tediousness out of drying my hair, it's that quick. I love it. I've had it since the end of May , and so far so good.

I really liked this hair dryer for the 9 months that it worked. Recently it died and no longer works. I've seen multiple reviews saying the same thing. Absolutely not worth the price point.

I won't buy another, paid too much for possibly flawed design in motor? It's lightweight and gentle on my hair. This is my second time purchasing this blow dryer and I also purchased one as a gift for a friend. The dryer dries my hair well, but the concentrating nozzle fits very loose. It rotates when the dryer is on and I can't concentrate on my hair because it's all over the place. I'll be buying a different brand soon. I purchased this hairdryer just about a year ago, and already need to replace it.

The motor sounds like a WWI fighter plane.
